At the moment, our bag rental service is only available in Ho Chi Minh City.

You can pay the rental fee and deposit in 2 ways: via bank transfer OR cash payment on delivery on delivery (COD).

The deposit allows us to offer our customers a high-quality service while protecting the bags from damage. The deposit encourages responsible handling of the rented bags. It raises awareness among customers of the value of the bags and helps to ensure that they are treated with care. This shows our customers that we take the quality of our bags and the satisfaction of our customers seriously.

The deposit allows us to keep rental prices fair while covering the costs of any damage.

The deposit is fully refundable as soon as the bag is returned in best condition.

We offer 24-hour delivery within Ho Chi Minh City! Daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, we can deliver your bag within 24 hours of your order.

If you have chosen immediate delivery, any order before 5:00 pm will be delivered within 24 hours. Any later order will be processed and delivered within 36 hours.

You can choose one of the 3 following delivery/pick-up time frames: 09:00 am – 12:00 pm; 12:00 pm – 03:00 pm and 03:00 pm – 05:00 pm.

In case we can’t deliver/pick-up the item at your chosen time frame, we will contact and inform you about the most suitable delivery/pick-up time.

Please keep in mind that we have a min. 24 hours processing time.

We currently only offer our service in Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, we are limiting ourselves to deliveries and pickups within the city limits. The shipping costs shall be borne by the customer and paid right after delivery.

The costs for the one-time delivery and one-time pickup of the bag at the end of the rental period are charged a flat rate of 80.000 VND (eighty thousand Vietnamese Dong).

In case there are several bags within one order with different rental packages and delivery and pick-up time, we will charge for every bag delivery and pick-up fee separately. The fee will be charged according to the above-mentioned section.

In case there are several bags within one order with different rental packages, the same delivery time but different pick-up times, we will charge for every additional pick-up a fee of 50.000 VND (fifty thousand Vietnamse Dong). The fee will be calculated in the order and the customer has to pay on delivery of the bags.

If the customer refuses to accept the delivered bag, a one-time fee of 50.000 VND (fifty thousand Vietnamse Dong) will be charged and has to be paid by the customer.

The delivery and pick-up time are calculated according to the chosen rental period, which means:

- 1-Day-Rental package: Rental time will start at the time the bag is delivered to you. Within 24 hours the bag has to be returned and picked-up by our staff.

- 3-Day-Rental: Rental time will officially start at delivered time and with in 72 hours the bag has to be returned and picked-up by our staff.

- 1-Week-Rental package: Rental time will officially start at delivered time and the returning time is within 7 days.

Pack up the rental bag in the garment bag or box it came in, if there is any. Check if the security tags inside the bag are still undamaged.

We will pick-up the bag at the given address you have saved as the delivery address in your Glam for Rent account. We only deliver and pick-up the bag within Ho Chi Minh City.

Please recheck your pick-up time and pick-up address to be sure they are correct. In case you need to change the pick-up time or address, please let us know at least 2 hours prior pick-up time so we can organize and arrange our driver to pick up the bag at the new correct address or time.

Our staff will collect the bag, check the bag and the security tags for damages. Please also give our staff the deposit confirmation paper, which was handed to you at the delivery of the bag. Only if the bag, the security tags are intact and undamaged and the deposit confirmation is presented our staff will refund to you the paid deposit either via bank transfer or cash.

Please make sure to return the bag on or before your rental end date, or you will be charged late fees in accordance with our policy.

Our staff will meet you at the scheduled pick-up time and location. Hand over the deposit payment confirmation paper, which was handed to you on delivery, to our staff. Our staff will check the bag and the security tags for damages. In case the bag and the security tags are undamaged, our staff will refund to you the deposit either bank transfer or cash.

You can extend the rental time of the bag as you like. Go to My Account section, Order history and go on the list with the order with the bag you want to extend the rental time. Click on the button Extend the rental time and choose the new rental package.

For the new extension package, there won’t be new deposit and delivery/pick-up amount charged. The new rental fee will be deducted automatically from the deposit amount.

In case you chose a package with a higher fee than the deposit fee, you can pay the remaining amount either via bank account or directly to our staff on the pick-up of the bag at the end of the rental period.

You can rent as many bags as you wish, as long as they are available on our shop. Put the bags into the cart and complete the ordering process. It’s also possible that you can rent different bags under different rental options.

For every bag, the deposit and rental fee amount will be shown in the shopping cart.

We thoroughly clean every single bag after each rental and treat it with care so that future customers can continue to benefit from the best-preserved bags and shine with them. So please be careful with the bag and treat it like your own.

Minor mishaps and general wear and tear can happen during the usage. Those can’t be avoided. In term of significant damage, lost pieces and theft we will keep the deposit and you will be charged up to the retail price plus tax and additional service charge for the item.

Since our bags are available in limited quantities, it is naturally possible that some of them have already been rented to other customers. The rented bags will be available again as soon as they are returned by the other customers. You can check the availability of the bag in the system or also contact our team via chat.

Our bags are 100% authentic and have been imported from abroad. We do not purchase counterfeit bags. All bags in our range come with original receipts. Bag lovers will recognize the high quality of branded bags. Some international brands incorporate specific serial numbers into tags inside their bags.

If you forget to return the rented bag by the deadline, we will charge a fee of 1,000,000 VND/day. The amount of the fee will be calculated based on the number of days overdue. We will deduct the amount directly from the paid deposit. If the deposit is less than the amount of the fee, we will issue you an invoice for the remaining amount. You can pay the remaining amount either by bank transfer or in cash when you return the bag.

The security stickers inside the bag must not be removed for the entire rental period.

The security stickers are used to track the bag and prevent theft. The stickers are also used to ensure that the bag is returned in best condition.

These highly sensitive security stickers can be damaged if any attempt is made to remove them and cannot be reused once removed. If the security stickers are damaged or removed, we will retain the full amount of the deposit and charge additional fees corresponding to the purchase value of the bag including taxes and service charges. This additional fee must be paid by bank transfer or in cash when the bag is returned.

Your delivery address is stored in our database once you create an account with us and rent bags. If you want the rented bag to be picked up by our staff from a different address or another time, please contact us and inform us at least 2 hours before the deadline so that a smooth pick-up is possible. 1-Day-Rental package costs 500.000 VND/day.

3-Day-Rental package costs 800.000 VND.

1-Week-Rental package costs 1.500.000 VND.

All rental packages are included 10% VAT.
