You have selected the favorite bag and have chosen a rental option?

Now it's time to create a new account or log in into your member's account with your given account information.

To register for a new account, fill in your personal information, like: name, address and telephone number. This information will be needed for the bag delivery, so be sure the information is correct.

Fill in all requested information for delivery, like your preferred delivery time and click on the order bottom to finish the ordering process.

In case the bag you have chosen is still available in our storage and available for rent, it will be prepared and shipped to you.

Once you have submitted the order, you will receive an e-mail from us with the information about your order. We will also contact you once to confirm the order, the delivery address as well as the estimated delivery time.

If you have chosen immediate delivery, any order before 5:00 pm will be delivered within 24 hours. Any later order will be processed and delivered within 36 hours.

Delivery time is daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The bag rental fee can be paid in two ways:

1. Payment by bank transfer
2. Payment in cash.

We charge a deposit for each rental, which corresponds to a percentage of the bag's value. This deposit can be transferred directly with the rental fee into our bank account or alternatively handed over to our delivery staff in cash together with the rental fee when receiving the bag. After receiving the deposit our staff will issue a depostit payment confirmation and handed to you. The deposit amount be will refunded in full upon return of the bag in the same way the deposit was paid. The deposit only gets refunded in case the customer can show the deposit payment confirmation to our delivery staff.

Please make sure that the security tags inside the bags are not removed while using the bags. The tags serve as security and identification for the bags. Each bag has a unique tracking code. The tag will be destroyed if removed and cannot be reused. In this case, we will keep the deposit.

The delivery and pick-up time are calculated according to the chosen rental period, which means:

• 1-Day-Rental package: Rental time will start at the time the bag is delivered to you. Within 24 hours the bag has to be returned and picked-up by our staff.
• 3-Day-Rental: Rental time will officially start at delivered time and with in 72 hours the bag has to be returned and picked-up by our staff.
• 1-Week-Rental package: Rental time will officially start at delivered time and the returning time is within 7 days.
